Refund & Replacement Policy

At RatnaPeeth, we take pride in delivering authentic and high-quality gemstones, Rudraksha, crystals, and sea stones. Every product is energized and packed with utmost care. However, if you face any issue, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent refund and replacement policy.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns and replacements only under the following conditions:

  • You received a wrong item (different from what you ordered)

  • You received a damaged or broken item during transit

  • The product is not as described on the website

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns for the following:

  • Customized or energized gemstones or Rudraksha

  • Products that have been used or altered

  • Items returned without original packaging and invoice

  • Change of mind or personal belief-related dissatisfaction

3. Timeframe for Requests

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must raise the request within 3 days of delivery.

  • You must share clear photos or videos of the product showing the issue via email or WhatsApp.

4. Refund Process

Once your return request is approved:

  • We will arrange for pickup or ask you to courier it back to us.

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, we will initiate the refund within 5-7 working days via the original payment method.

  • Refund credit timeframe 8-9 working days

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Process

If eligible, you may choose to get a free replacement instead of a refund. The new item will be dispatched within 3-5 working days and it will reach order to customer within 5-7 working days after the original product is returned and verified.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Energized or customized products cannot be cancelled once the process has started.
